About Our Journey: Redefining Arts Coaching in India

At Arts and Humanities for 11th and 12th by Curious Minds, we are not just a coaching institute—we are a movement to restore the true value, respect, and seriousness of Arts education. Based in Patna, Bihar, we work closely with students of Class 11 and 12 (CBSE & Bihar Board) to build strong academic foundations in Arts and Humanities, while also preparing them for CUET UG and future competitive examinations. But beyond marks and exams, our mission goes much deeper. We strongly believe that Arts and Humanities deserve the same respect, recognition, and reputation in society that Science enjoys. Subjects like History, Political Science, Sociology, Geography, and Economics shape our understanding of society, governance, culture, and human thinking. They create leaders, administrators, thinkers, and responsible citizens. The idea of Curious Minds was born out of deep disappointment. Our founder , Shivam Kumar, witnessed how Arts subjects were often neglected, poorly taught, or treated casually in so-called coaching campuses across Patna. Memorisation replaced understanding, shortcuts replaced thinking, and students were left confused and undervalued. Curious Minds came into existence to change this reality. Our teaching is concept-driven, exam-oriented, and future-focused. We emphasize clarity of fundamentals, answer-writing skills, analytical thinking, and confidence building. Every classroom interaction is designed to make students feel that Arts is not a “backup option,” but a powerful academic and career path. At Curious Minds, we teach Humanities with the seriousness it deserves, the depth it demands, and the respect it has long been denied—because when Arts is taught right, it has the power to transform minds, careers, and society.
